Hi, I’m Sophie — the founder of The Admin Studio and a mum of three.
With a background spanning early years, hospitality, and business operations, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience supporting organisations behind the scenes. I’m an experienced early years practitioner and former childcare business owner, where I managed all aspects of administration, compliance, client communication, and day-to-day operations.
Alongside this, I’ve worked as a business owner within a Europe-wide sales organisation, supporting affiliates and staff with organisation, coordination, and business administration. I also have experience as a hospitality manager, overseeing recruitment, staffing, rotas, and light bookkeeping in fast-paced environments.
These combined experiences shape how I work today — calm, organised, and practical support rooted in real-world business understanding.
