Support at The Admin Studio is offered on a monthly retainer basis. This allows me to provide consistent, reliable support while building a clear understanding of your business and how you work.
Monthly packages start from £250, with pricing tailored to the level of support required.
Why do you work on monthly retainers rather than hourly?
Retainers allow for better planning, priority support, and continuity. Rather than charging by the task, you’re investing in dependable, ongoing support that integrates seamlessly into your business.
This approach ensures a higher level of service and better outcomes for clients.
What’s included in a monthly package?
Each package includes an agreed number of support hours per month, tailored to your needs. This may include virtual assistant support, business and client administration, customer service support, or digital admin.
Exact inclusions are confirmed before work begins to ensure clarity on both sides.
Do unused hours roll over?
Unused hours do not roll over. Monthly retainers are designed to provide consistent availability and priority support, which is reserved specifically for each client.
Can I increase or decrease my hours?
Yes. Packages can be adjusted with notice as your business needs change, subject to availability. I’m always happy to review support levels to ensure they continue to suit you.
Do you offer ad-hoc or one-off support?
Ad-hoc support is available on a limited basis and is subject to availability. Priority is always given to retainer clients.
For ongoing support, a monthly retainer is recommended
Is there a minimum commitment?
I typically recommend a minimum of one month to ensure support is set up properly and workflows are established. Longer-term support often delivers the best results.
How and when are payments made?
All retainers are billed monthly in advance. Payment details and invoicing terms are agreed before work begins.
